After the workshop

Now that you have done the workshop you need to practice the skill of dialogue. It is hard work to stay in connection rather in reaction. It is a position of listening, emptying your own projections (need to rescue, to fix, to be right) and also to hold your partner's story and reality that is different than yours.

In Imago sessions you will practice to speak from a place where you talk in such a way that connection deepen and where your partner have a deeper understanding of you. You will learn to own your projections, to stop all blame, to speak your own mind.

You will also learn how to use a series of dialogues to arrive as a couple at the third option.

If there is in anyway an exit in your relationship, you must follow up. This is when there are affairs, threads of divorce, addictions. Those are hard on your relationship and you deserve all the help you can to heal your relationship.

The goodbye process:

If you have decided to divorce, but you want to sy goodbye in a conscious adult way, then we have an Imago goodbye dialogue. This is especially necessary when you have children and still want to be conscious parents to them.

Transformation

This is a series of dialogues where you use your relationship to transform. This is where the deeper work of your relationship can happen. You know the dialogue now, you know the childhood stories, you are committed to each others growth and healing.

You want to reclaim your own lost parts (to tall, feel, do,sense) to really be the partner your partner needs and to be your full alive self.

Then this is the process for you. This is not a quick fix. This will be good to do over a year period with monthly sessions.

Amends

There is something you want to say amends, without making excuses for your own behavior or to where it is going to be used against you. It is to make amends in such a way where your partner develop empathy and real forgiveness.
